Now we cut a section of the 10mm diam. of 10mm lenght to make more confortable handling it. On one side of the tube make a hole to put led inside and go out on the other side for at least 1mm. (photo 07). Use Cyanocrilate to glue led in position . After that cut 1mm from led on the upper side and 2 mm on the bottom as in photo 08



Now with the mask to make circles we take measures of the bottom hole of head (it should be about 14mm, leave 1mm to make assembly pass well inside) and we design two dishes of that measure on the evergreen and we cut them with blade and use the sand paper to finish them (foto 09)



After cutting the two evergreen dishes we glue the the tube with led at the center of it and on the sides at 180° we make two frames with evergreen parts to make assembly as in photo 10.



When we glued dishes ,we could glue on the top the pin tthat will plug into the head (Poly-cap glued before into the head), and if you have a ball-Joint (you can buy it at WWW.HLJ.COM ask article B-Joints of WAVE). On photo 11 you can see I used a resin copy that is more hard to set and to cut expense always to high.



At the end you mayonly glue an half moon under the led as you see in photo12. At this point try to insert assembly into the head to see if you need some adjustments.You may have parts locked togheter as in photo 13.






Now you have only to solder elettrical wires to led terminals (to firm wires you may cut two notch on the rear part of led assembly (see photo 13) were you can glue them). You could now pass black paint on eye's assembly (double paint near led because oyu should not see any other light than on front of it ).(photo 14) You may put the two battery in serial mode and try to light the led (remember that there is a positive and negative pin on the led and in one way the led didn't turn on)



You can see on photo 15 the final results with the internal part colored with black paint and drybrushed with metal and the external part of head with a layer of base colour.



Now it's your time to try construction, you could really find other more preferred solutions more suitable to your work style but the most important thing is that the work may satisfy you. GOOD WORK
